Bath Spa String Quartet can provide musicians for weddings, civil partnerships, concerts, corporate functions, military dinners, charity fundraising events, funerals, film work, educational music workshops and session work. In fact, as well as having experience in all of the above, we are available for just about any other event that requires live music!

Bath Spa String Quartet was established in 1998 and due to the popularity and success of the original group, we are now able to provide more than one quartet in a day. Our musicians reside in and around the Bath & Bristol area and offer a professional service which is competitively priced. As well as the String Quartet we also offer the option of the Bath Spa String Trio, Solo Violin or Solo Cello to suit all your budget and space requirements. Our repertoire list is extensive, ranging from the standard classical and romantic string quartets through to Swing, Jazz, Ragtime, Show Tunes, TV Themes and arrangements of modern Pop Songs. We can travel within a one hundred mile radius of Bath and we regularly work in Bath, Bristol, Avon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall. Our past performances have included wedding ceremonies, receptions, after dinner dancing, anniversary parties and ceremonial military dinners at venues in and around the Bath area, from the prestigious Royal Crescent Hotel and Castle Combe Manor House to St Audries Park in Bridgwater and Tortworth Court in Gloucestershire.
